Using South Light Games means accepting the terms below. They are short, because a free game with no accounts and no payments does not need many.
1. What this service is
South Light Games provides free browser games that imitate casino formats using virtual coins. It is entertainment software. It is not a gambling service, not a gambling affiliate or aggregator, and it is not licensed or regulated by any gambling authority. No real-money gambling is offered, promoted or facilitated here.
2. Age requirement
The site is for adults aged 20 or over, matching New Zealand's legal age for casino gambling. By using it you confirm you meet that requirement. Nothing on the site is made to appeal to children.
3. Virtual coins
Coins are a scorekeeping device stored in your browser. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed, exchanged or withdrawn, and are not property. We may change starting balances, top-up amounts or paytables as the games develop. Losing your balance — by clearing browser data, switching device or any other means — is not a loss of anything of value, and there is no restoration process because there is nothing to restore.
4. No purchases
There are no in-site purchases of any kind. We do not accept payments, do not process card details and operate no shop. If you ever encounter a page asking you to pay for anything under this brand, it did not come from us.
5. Acceptable use

- Do not scrape, republish or resell the pages, the artwork or the game code.
- Modifying stored values in your own browser affects nothing but your own score. It is pointless rather than prohibited.
6. Content and accuracy
The rules, paytables and probability figures published here are checked before publication and reviewed when a game changes, as described in our editorial policy. Errors are possible; if you find one, the corrections page explains how it gets fixed.
7. No warranty
The site is provided as it is, without guarantees of availability, freedom from error, or fitness for any particular purpose. Play is at your own discretion, and to the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here should be treated as financial, legal or gambling advice.
8. Intellectual property
The name South Light Games, the site's mark, artwork, written content and game code belong to the site's operator. The underlying card, dice and keno formats are traditional games in the public domain, and no real casino, operator or product is referenced, imitated or endorsed anywhere on this site.
