Reporting an error on this site
Rules pages carry a lot of numbers, and numbers can be wrong. If something here does not match what you know, we would rather hear about it than leave it standing.

hello@southlightgames.com — the page address and the line that looks wrong is plenty to start with.
What counts as a correction
- A wrong figure. A probability, payout or odds statement that does not hold up.
- A rule that does not match the game. If a page describes behaviour the game does not actually have, one of the two is wrong and we will find out which.
- An out-of-date contact detail. Particularly on the responsible play pages, where a stale phone number is worse than none.
- A broken or misdirected link. Including anything that leads somewhere it should not.
What happens next
- We check the claim against the game code and, for maths, by recalculating it from scratch.
- If it is wrong, the page is fixed and the date at the top of that page is updated.
- Where a correction changes something a reader may have relied on — a paytable, a probability, a stated rule — a short note is added to the page saying what changed.
- You get a reply either way, including when we conclude the original was right. That reply comes from the editorial desk, not an automated system.
Typos and wording
Small spelling and grammar fixes are made without a note, because nobody needs a correction notice about a missing comma. Anything that changes meaning is treated as a correction.
What this page is not
There is no formal complaints board, no review panel and no third-party adjudicator behind this site — inventing one would be exactly the sort of thing this page exists to prevent. It is a small operation, and corrections are handled directly by the people who wrote the page. How that writing is produced in the first place is set out in the editorial policy.
